Dora

There is a little picture of Dora the Explorer embroidered on Isabella's dress. It fascinates both her and Lachlan.

Walking Stick

To help Isabella climb up we got her a little stick. But she just carried it and then asked to be carried.

Hike Number 3

Our third hike in one weekend! The kids did very well and it was funny to see the little things that amused them.

Lemons

Isabella had to change back in to her flower dress for dinner. Then she had a blast with the lemons. One for eating, one for her cup and a spare one on her plate for later.

Knee

Lachlan managed to skin his knee, scratch his leg and cut his hand all in one weekend.

Another Hike

We went on a downhill hike in the afternoon and this led to two babies needing to be carried back up the hill.

Waterfall

Isabella and Lachlan saw their first waterfall.

Photo Rock

Isabella found a nice little rock to sit on and then she requested some pictures be taken.

The Top

We took some pictures and did a little climbing at the top.

Big Rock

Dan hiked up this rock by himself with Isabella and Lachlan.

Finger and Toe Painting

Isabella started out with one finger painting but by the end, she was putting her toes in it too. She is wearing her 'painting dress.' It by far one of the least pretty dresses that she has but she wants to wear it all the time. I've told her that it's her painting dress so we only wear it at home.

Reading Together

I found Isabella and Lahlan sitting together reading books. So cute.

Baby Lachlan

Then she gave Lachlan a pacifier and blanket and called him Baby Lachlan.

Baby

Isabella wanted to wrap up her baby doll in a blanket. I heard her talking and saying "I love you" to her.

Fruit Cup

Isabella made a fruit cup at Lakeshore Learning this week. Lachlan has even started coloring on paper.

Sleeping Bag

Isabella could not get enough of her "Sleeping Blanket" as she called it. She slept in it every night at Dan's.
